There is a pay limit. At certain point you will reach the maximum salary. Benefits that you agree on when you first get hired will change constantly without notice. Vacation and holiday time are reducing every year. Only 1 week of vacation each year for the last 10 years.

Negative work environment. Employees treated disrespectfully. Owner is very negative and does not own up to mistakes, instead blames and yells at employees for own mistakes. Continual lack of real leadership and responsibility. Time cards for salaried employees, 2 late clock ins result in losing a vacation day.
