Pros
1. If you enjoy working in a constant firefighting environment filled with chaos, poor planning, and endless last-minute issues, this company may be the right place for you. 2. HR regularly organizes employee events, but participation is limited and requires manager approval before registration. If your manager is workaholic does not support or like you participating in such activities, you will likely never get the opportunity to join, making the process feel unfair and heavily dependent on favoritism.
Cons
1. Management has no direction or leadership, yet they dump all the planning & responsibilities onto employees without proper guidance then keep reject your efforts because not meeting what they want. 2. Management only values “yes-men.” They expect people to blindly follow orders while giving unclear or incomplete instructions, causing endless wasted time and effort on meaningless work. 3. Management talks about “BIG VISIONS” and unrealistic goals but refuses to spend the money required to make them happen. They expect world-class results at zero cost while living in a fantasy. 4. Management forces decisions and initiatives without listening to the people who actually use the systems or processes. Everything is done just to impress higher management, regardless of whether it adds any real value. 5. Employees are treated as disposable resources instead of valuable company assets. Management shows little support, or appreciation for their staff. 6. There is no real teamwork, even within the same department. Everyone is focused on protecting themselves rather than supporting each other. People expect you to solve their problems, but when you need help, no one is willing to step in or cooperate. Since most of the IT staff are contract/outsource employees, there is NO sense of ownership or commitment to the company — people only care about collecting their paycheck.
