Central Roseville location, free parking, M-F schedule with no on-call for phone support staff, Ability to support variety of Windows based systems, ColorNet, ProfitNet, DuPont performance coatings support.
Cons
Very poor pay and benefits. Example: 1% 401k match after 6 YEARS. Yes I said 6 years to vest 1%! Ownership could not care less about their staff, only money. and this is reflected in company management. Benefits are expensive and not comprehensive or quality. Very low sick pay.
