      Pros

      The benefits are incredible, as well as the prestige of the institution. There are certainly brilliant people here.

      Cons

      There is an "old" Yale mentality in some longtime staff and managers. Very unpleasant people to deal with. There is a culture shift occurring as the poor behavior is tolerated less and less.
