      Great cimpany 2work4 great play great benefits insurance bonuses every 90 days start out two weeks paid vacation 3 shifts weekends off

      Normal workplace soap opera drama you can stay out of it everything will be fine you keep to yourself

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
