      good work and life balance it is good 8AM to 5 PM work No weekend works

      Cons

      Not challenging to learn new things Resistant to change flat career growth. Once hired will be in the same designation till you retire good old boys network

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
