      Overtime is there for more money, advancement opportunities, discounts , contribution of your ideas are listened too

      Cons

      Parts delays , never know for sure if working a scheduled Saturday , work/life balance, hot during the summer and some areas are hotter than others

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
