      1. Healthy work environment 2. No work pressure,never asked to work on weekends 3. Good benefits like bonus appraisal 4. Internally so project you never get benched 5. Good learning and growth for freshers

      Pros

      Great workplace, great coworkers, and great culture if you’re passionate about the powersports industry. The benefits are good, 401k match is good.

      Cons

      Pay compensation could be a little better, but this industry is cyclical. When the economy is good, raises and bonuses are easier to obtain. During tough times that affect the industry as a whole, things can get lean, but understandably so.
