Worst Management-Dysfunctional Workplace - Anonymous employee Yamazaki Baking Employee Review

- WORST MANAGEMENT; they do not know how to do their jobs, job scope are not throughout or transparent; they are manipulative and gossip headed managers, be careful - No departmentations; you are by your own, you have no senior or colleague on the same role, hence why you will have time that you are burnt out being push to finish your task - Biased/unfairness; the managers able to enter or out of the premise however they want or whenever without any solid reasoning, repeating their 'late' habits, while complaining why the staffs late few minutes today - Not Tech Savvy; they do not understand or appreciate software integration at work - No proper HR; no one brief about the conditions or rules or circular of the company, they will scold you for the things you do not know is wrong, & better get a deeper clarification whether you are a staff or manager as written in the company policies, they will not brief you for that, no transparency and will gaslight you for being inconsiderate to the company - Irresponsible managers; they will not stand on your side trying to understand but will neglect to helps or nurture you in your career, as they do not want to be blamed for things they 'teach' you - Cowboy alike company; unproper documentations, only way to find back old documents are through scrolling in emails - Inconsiderate managers (bcs they are male); they will not help a lady colleague carrying heavy boxes as they might think that job is too 'low' or what, they will demand you to carry heavy stuff although it is not under your job scope as well, the heavy stuff/boxes could be up to 8 boxes, and they (the male managers) will just let you handle and carry all by yourself - Benefit like MC is almost bs; you have to obtained MC chit from the management before going to the panel clinic which is only 1 branch located in KL, imagine you are sick and in pain from Petaling Jaya but have to use public transport/drive to KL just to get MC or else, your allowance will be deducted. Serious micromanage & inconsiderate company but hoping you will be considerate to the company. Pure BS.
