Nice benefit package gets employees in the door and keeps them there.
Cons
Senior management/leadership talk a good talk about implementing trauma-informed care, but fail to recognize that TIC needs to start at the top and trickle down to employees and consumers. More interested in productivity than in caring for employees experiencing extreme burnout in the field. High demand and utilization of services by constituents, but at great personal cost to employees who are expected to plow through extreme compassion fatigue to meet productivity goals.
