Pros
Really smart colleagues, perfect compensation package (especially if you are not in Moscow), some teams have truly good and interesting tasks. Nice offices.
Cons
Horrific bureaucracy in big teams, especially in core Yandex search. Core Yandex codebase is both funny and awful. Offices are overcrowded. Performance review process is blindly copied from Microsoft.
