Great company to work for!!! Exceptional front line employees who express committment and engagement through Team Rally events, making quality products for our customers, and an open door policy. I have worked for this company for one year and have seen so much excitement at the plants, conferences, and global events. Our Company just sent more than 150 people to Disney in Orlando, Florida where teams showcased their Kaizen events through skits performed on stage. The team from McCalla, Alabama won and then got to travel to Shaghai to compete globally at the Team Rally event. This is a company that not only knows how to work hard to WIN but knows how to have fun while doing it!!!

This is a company that is still building the foundation. If you don't like being a part of the solution and want to be told everything to do, this is not the company for you. Our team has high energy and we have a lot of hard workers looking to make our company the supplier of choice globally for interiors. Negativity is not part of our equation.
