There is no pros to say about this company because i feel like its a local shop.

Cons

Just be ready to see hell and if you atleast join some local shops would be better than this. Cant even think of giving one star.

Pros

There will be very sweet when communicating and try to make you feel its best company. Once you join they will make you feel like your useless. The HR "Madhu" seems very innocent but she will just make you feel what that is.

Cons

Never ever join this company as you will be laid off saying that your performance is not good or any reasons regarding your behaviour.

Pros

The location Mysore was too good. That also to be honest is not the company's pro.

Cons

1. Codebase and architecture are too bad and management is not willing to change that, the management is too centralised. 2. Partiality and favouritism - One person will get work from home for no reason while the other members wouldn't get it even for their wedding or mother's eye operation. 3. Revenge and politics - First they will ask for your opinion if they don't like it they will take revenge and plan and plot to make sure that you suffer. 4. No job security - If you are performing well then you will be fired for sure without notice and immediately without severence. It has happened to 5 employees in the last 7 months. 5. Mental harassment: Management and HR will do things to harass you like shout on you in front of the whole team, threaten you to destroy your career, create false narratives and complaints just because you give your opinions when asked questions in the meetings for wasting 2 hrs. 6. No motivation: No financial and mental support, no engagement activities, birthday wishes. Nothing. Leave parties and celebration of milestones. Humiliation is always free though. 7. No increments: The management promised for increment but delayed for 3 months. When pressurised gave for 3%-5% to 3 members out of the whole team of 10 members when one person got more than 120% increment 1 month ago and hiring members with more than the market rate. 8. The management will deduct salary and change leave policies without notice. 9. They have removed the count of leaves and comp-offs when employees requested holidays with the help of new HR and says that the data is lost and now nothing can be done. 10. The HR and the management doesn't know how to talk, the HR (10 yrs of experience) in particular speaks like uneducated person and is not employee oriented but management oriented, she will make sure that you suffer. 11. They claim they are a start-up but act like an MNC with policies they are trying to create and the politics that they have (10 tech employees). 12. The management claims they are a flat organization but they do not know what a flat organization actually is. I can add 5-10 more points about the HR and the management and how they are mentally harassing employees and making them suicudal but I would rather try to move on from this traumatic experience of my life. I regret the day I received the call of the old HR for the interview and then joined and moved with my family just to be let go in one day without any severance. These are rowdy people, who threaten you and your family.
