Pros

I thoroughly enjoy working at Yardstick Management. Working here has taught me to be fast-paced and accurate with executive decisions. The diversity is unmatched. I have colleagues who always over-deliver in any project or obstacle in front of us. I have a leadership team I work alongside every day which challenges me to be the best just like them. One of the MAJOR things I love here at Yardstick Management is that this company is not your traditional workplace.

Cons

The workload is heavy. However, the bigger picture is much more beautiful to see.

Pros

The overall team atmosphere is tremendous here. From the day I walked in the door I was greeted with open arms and treated as an equal amongst everyone no matter their position. This is the only company that I have ever been a part of that has a performance coach assigned to you to bring out the best in you during your time with the company. It is truly like having a cup of coffee speaking to my performance coach every week. Very high accolades for such a small company. Because of the relative youth of the company with such high marks, it leaves a lot of room for internal growth which was really attractive to me. The opportunity to meet and work with leaders of organizations across the world is so wonderful. If you are looking to network with people that you previously thought were untouchable, this is the place to be

Cons

I have yet to experience many cons. The only cons that have been brought up by others were quickly given a listening ear by management. The employees were asked for suggestions on how to fix the problems and once agreed upon, it was implemented. Problems solved.
