There are several issues. I won't be able to list all of them. But here are some of them. 1. The management is poor and lacks clear direction. 2. Success is not based on work ethic or effort but on your relationship with management and seniors. 3. No salary slips shared when the salary is credited. 4. Poor management 5. No job security.(termination without giving you any reason).
