Pros
Set schedule. If you have a family. You know you get off at a certain time. You don’t have to reschedule. 7-5 everyday. Sometimes Saturday work.
Cons
Laborers aren’t worth a dime. Most are lazy. The turnover rate is fast. Some of them even come into work strung out on drugs. But I get it. Hard workers are hard to find and the job has to get done
