Pros
- My salary was ok - a lot of room for improvment/ change - but you need to be very persistent and tough to handle the environment - if you are a real tough cookie and don't have a strong conscience you can make a career
Cons
- no structured training/ induction training - very few good managers - no leaders! - communication is very bad, there are activities to improve this by having monthly all employee meetings and newsletters - heavy work (over)load - no time keeping. depending on your manager you might compensate your overhours by taking time off. but forget dreaming about being even. - employees are not appreciated. as long as you function properly there might be praise, but you better not fall sick. I've heard that employees burned out and then got sacked.
