      Pros

      Director of the company is a good man.

      Cons

      Please hire some better HR Professionals, HR have to work for the employee's betterment but here they are just too silly and immature, i have seen them shouting and comparing one employee to other.At least be a good human being.Not all, but some of them feels like they are the boss and this is stupidity.The director should look into the matter else it is not good in the long run for the company's image.

      6 Days a week, 9.5hours a day is a drag Weak leave policy Immature non-corporate HR: Gets pissed at nothing, rejects good interviewing candidates on silly reasons
