Pros

Despite the appearance of high salaries (with a low basic salary supplemented by high allowances), it seems easy for management to make deductions from allowances.

Cons

The Logistics Manager often seems unaware of key details, repeatedly asking, "Who is your manager? He or Me?" The Smelting Manager, behaves in a manner that sometimes resembles that of a kindergarten student, frequently attempting to provoke disputes instead of fostering teamwork. There appears to be a lack of cooperation among the departments, which further hinders efficiency and collaboration within the organization. The management ability and responsibility at Ye Chiu seem to be one grade lower when compared to other companies.

Pros

· Well-Established SOPs: The company has very structured and standardized operating procedures, which is excellent for learning how a large-scale manufacturing group functions. · Job Stability: As a major player in the industry, the company provides a very stable work environment and consistent business operations. · Team Collaboration: The working relationship among peers and middle management is generally supportive and professional.

Cons

· Stagnant Career Path: The organizational structure is quite rigid. Opportunities for vertical promotion are scarce, making it difficult for high-performers to see a long-term future. · Bureaucratic Processes: Decision-making can be slow due to multiple layers of approval, which sometimes hinders efficiency and responsiveness to change. · Traditional Mindset: The company culture leans toward being conservative, with limited openness to modernizing workflows or adopting innovative ideas from employees.

Pros

- High salary above average of fresh graduate - Many allowances (RM800 - RM1500) - Bonus can go up to 4 months if the company performing well. On average 1-2 months. - Last time still have a lot of OT for engineers before cut cost. - So many training provided. - Lunch/Dinner meal provided for day & night shift

Cons

- Micromanagement. - A lot of no brainer decision from managers especially production managers. - You need to work 24/7 (especially when related to production) on phone without any allowances (Only HOD and above got the phone allowances) - China attitude, always want things to be done in a short time and keep pushing you until the limits. - No proper preventive maintenance plan, Keep running the machine until it broke down then they will chase you to death even late at night. - I had 20+ whatsapp groups. - No career advancement, you will do the same things over and over. - No 'redundancy plan' was applied for all the machinaries during installation. Need to run 100% all the time.
