Pros

Have several success stories about people getting get good jobs and doing well after completing the program and have been highlighted on tv

Cons

Don't tell about the many people who have completed and still are out of work. After completing the program have to come back regularly like going to an unemployment office. Got a job offer when in the program and was advised to turn it down. Finished the program with no job and now being advised to apply for the job I turned down 7 month ago to be in the program instead.

Pros

Love working here; commitment to DEI and supporting students toward job opportunity and economic agency; everyone I work with is really smart and passionate and good at what they do

Cons

Can be hard to take time off despite decent PTO package; upper leadership doesn't seem to trust or value the feedback of the people doing direct work with students; after big layoffs early 2026, a lot of us are working extra hard and would appreciate some grace and understanding and flexibility from leadership
