-Stock options after a year of work, -Availability to do additional tasks or work, -Freedom to work on my own schedule and the topics I enjoy, -How easy it is to interact with the manager and coworkers, -The environment is very flexible and friendly.
Cons
-While this is a great place to work overall, it is not a place to go if your not passionate about pets or are looking for a big paycheck.
