They cut salary arbitarily There is no career growth The current owner is the most unprofessional and arrogant woman I have ever interacted with Waste of 2 years of my life Salary is never on time They behave as though its a favour they are paying you a salary

they cut half pay and never really increased the salary, it was very hectic as the work load was too much for a single designer.
