      they cut half pay and never really increased the salary, it was very hectic as the work load was too much for a single designer.

      Literally the only pro is that the current owner knows nothing about the work

      The current owner knows nothing about the work yet will interfere. They cut salary arbitarily There is no career growth The current owner is the most unprofessional and arrogant woman I have ever interacted with Waste of 2 years of my life Salary is never on time They behave as though its a favour they are paying you a salary
