Dealing with public is difficult and it's even more difficult when you work at a cab co. The "supervisors" (those who come to work on time at least once a week) monitor your calls for the whole shift and write you up for minor infractions while the other employees (from da hood) do whatever they please. This company has a very low standard for their employees. This is not a place for a person who wishes to get ahead in the transportation industry. It's quite difficult to make yourself come to work after just a few days of working there. Very dirty and you'll never get ahead or be proud of your job.
