Pros
Fully remote. Good, nice, helpful people working there (generally) Good salary. Insurance and quite good hardware. Relatively fast HR process of hiring. It really is a good company I believe. Maybe I was just unlucky? Read in cons.
Cons
- No real training - Everyone wants you to do things but no one wants to change anything. - Company wants to move forward (at least that what they say) but they're too stuck up in there way of doing things. - Lacks flexibility when it comes to work and how it could/should be done. - Plus in modern times you don't need to be best buds to do work together. You just need to be adult and keep your ego in the pocket. If any conversation or discussion makes you angry/scared and you label it as "confrontational" then you'll never work good with others. So firing someone under "not fiting in with the team" is just .... an excuse, not to use different language...
