      Pay isn't terrible. Skiing the only private ski/golf resort in the U.S.

      Cons

      Mgmt should be more thorough. More employee ski days. Bus schedule fluctuates.

      Being at the YC is exciting at first.

      Cons

      The hours for concierge are terrible. You’re basically every members free personal assistant who’s never thanked, underpaid, and never gets to leave the desk.
