Fun Job, terrible middle management - Outdoor Pursuits Kids Counselor Yellowstone Club Employee Review

- Middle Managment is shady, they drink and smoke on the job even when dealing with kids. (when we would take them camping). They are 40 year olds who's whole life is being a camp counsellor. They lie to the upper management and are shady. - You get burnt out quick. - Clicky environment. - Middle management will steal your opportunity to make extra surcharge at times. - lots of he said she said. - they never fire anyone, even when needed because they need employees.
