Pros

If you had problem they would listen. Event if it was a personal one. I had a personal problem and asked for a loan against commission on jobs that hadn't been started. They gave it to me. Thank to the owner Steve.

Cons

They don't like it when you late. I'm not a morning person.

I been working at YES HOME SERVICES ,so far it was a good place to work. A hands on owner always takes good care of employees.

Pros

I love YES! TELEMARKETING IS NOT FOR EVERYBODY! I have been doing it for 20 years and the people that made negative comments about YES were GARANTEED drama filled or NOT good telemarketers. It's a shame how many people come here to work and put 0% effort in to succeed, show up late, HANG UP ON CUSTOMERS AND PLAY WITH THIER PHONE'S ALL DAY & then HAVE THE NERVE to complain about pay and management. They get paid FOR DOING NOTHING! AND because THEY are lazy excuse makers and not telemarketing & sales material, so they try to ruin reputation. YES gives people a chance, and many second chances. The management is VERY accommodating, The owner is AWESOME and always willing to help hard workers in anyway. And you can make good money! IVE HAD MANY 1000+ weekly pay hecks. BECUASE I WORK HARD. I have and ALWAYS will recomend YES as a place to work, and as a company to do improvements to your home. GOD BLESS.

The same cons as any other telemarketing call center in the world.....lol😁temarketing isn't easy anywhere, and I have worked at many places. YES IS THE BEST!
