Relaxed comfortable interview, owner is very knowledgeable and willing to help you. Nice office. Quiet.
Cons
No job description, no professional orientation, micro managed, high turn-over, and pay is low. Not many people stay over three month if longer. Be prepared to perform and get hires your first week.
