-working with main contractor can be very stressful as they have high expectation on sub contractor. If you have no experience, it will be a steep learning curve to adapt to this environment. -have to OT frequently -lack of structural training for junior project engineers -not an ideal place for fresh graduate to join this company -workflow in this company can be inefficient and cause additional stress to the staff.

I've had a good experience working here. The job is fast-paced, which keeps things exciting and pushes you to grow quickly. I've learned a lot in a short amount of time.
