- exhausting - you're worked almost to death during Christmas season - You aren't discouraged for taking breaks on routes during Christmas season, but if you do, you fall behind. - If you get stuck in mud on a customer's driveway, you will be fired like I was. - training is basically pointless because your managers will contradict almost everything for the sake of you delivering faster.

The only pro is the weekly pay.

So they terminated me for missing one day... I had an emergency and I physically could not get to work. I sent a message to one of the managers way before my start time on monday because I didn't know the call out procedure... no response. Now I just found out today after waiting for an hour that I've been terminated. No one told me anything at all about call outs or policy or anything at all. Obviously if I had known that you could be terminated for missing one day, I never would have considered employment here. The way I found out was from the manager telling me today that calling out is not tolerated and when telling him I was never informed and I had no idea, his response was "well now you do". Then he proceeded to just walk away. That was it. I have never ever been terminated from a job EVER for any reason. I have never had this kind of experience with management in all of my years of working. This is the most rude and unprofessional experience I have ever had. I would never ever recommend working for yinzer to anyone.
