No drama Great leadership at the executive level Unlimited vacation time Cool office in Flatiron if you want to go in (but you never have to) Truly run as a bottom-up organization Clients really love the product Senior leaders answer questions directly, acknowledge mistakes and work to fix them
Cons
If you are used to a larger company, health benefits may not be as good compared to what you had previously (but they are working on this) Company is scaling fast so there are still a lot of internal processes that worked well with less people, but are now inefficient. That said, everyone agrees this is a problem and is working on dealing with it
