It is disheartening to see high-quality, long-term employees leaving. It has created a very depressing environment for those who remain. There is an intense hierarchical pressure to "fix" or "improve" the company, but it feels like the burden is placed entirely on the team rather than the leadership. Management pushes the team hard but often lacks the technical or strategic knowledge to provide a clear path forward. Low Morale: The combination of high pressure and lack of clear vision makes for a stressful, demotivating workplace.
