      1) amazing opportunity to learn about the VLSI industry, especially if you are a fresher. 2) excellent career growth. 3) reputed clients. 4) salary is comparatively higher than other service based vlsi start-ups. 5) better work-life is ensured.

      Cons

      I have worked 4 years in this company. Honestly have not seen any cons as such. If you put your efforts honestly you will be definitely valued.
