Inspirational leader and founder with a clear vision of where the business is going. Friendly and fun environment with great offices and location. Every day is different and always very busy. Huge satisfaction from seeing the products we've built and sell in use across the city centre.
Cons
As a startup the processes and direction aren't as well defined as in established companies. This means rapid changes in direction to seize new opportunities and a high pace of work. If you don't believe in what the company's doing, yoe may find the environment challenging.
