      Pros

      Better than being unemployed. The environment is unhealthy at best.

      Cons

      In the time I was there the company burned through senior leadership at an unbelievable rate. The lady running the company has alienated just about everybody in the organization. If you are part of her network, then you have nothing to worry about. She likes people who agree with her and her methods. If you voice concern you end up on the outside looking in.

      Pros

      The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.

      Cons

      The "full time" conversion never happened, the FLSA Status remained, "contractor", although you still received a W2.
