      Pros

      Was once a great company with growth potential. Virtual opportunities. Full benefits.

      Cons

      Work-life balance was non-existent. No bonuses. Will cut your pay when moving you to a new client opportunity. Company has been primarily focused on hiring entry level, new college grads. Losing clients at a rapid rate!

      Pros

      The project creation experience was great getting to work along side company personnel from Mckesson, Blankenship, and Cielo. The pay was competitive as well as the work-life balance.

      Cons

      The "full time" conversion never happened, the FLSA Status remained, "contractor", although you still received a W2.
