- Technology area is superd and very user friendly automation system. - They can let you do work at site and project regardless of outcome. - commadere atmosphere in any affiliate this is one of the best Yokogawa can offer collaboration with other affiliate and colleagues.
Cons
- Bad management very traditional and close minded in the Management Area. - Worst bureaucracy you can experience as a MNC company. - Promotion is not existing once you're hired, maybe after many years you will be luckily promoted.
