Pay is moderate/low and could be much better when seeing the volume of businesses conducted yearly , one can say pay is unfair. Management requires improvement, old nonsense techniques are still being applied to measure employee performance. Overdramatic office environment (maybe because it gives people the feeling of importance and meaning).
