too many cons to list.... -inability to train oncoming personnel on business processes or technology (all OJT) -project management is totally lost (only care about schedule / budget) and no concept or care of how the technology works -management is constantly changing (revolving door) -experienced engineers leave almost weekly due to pay / overworked / underappreciated -no hope of moving upward or inward inside of the company -no raises or hopes of being rewarded for hard work -management has no concept of customer delivery -company is sinking due to its inability to deliver quality projects and service -no local help is being hired, instead only L1 visa personnel from overseas are being brought in with no plans of staying -huge office in Sugarland that looks abandoned and unwelcoming -major miscommunications with YHQ and YCA locally for support and engineering
