Able to travel to overseas for work assignments hence exposure to international level is a great experience.
Cons
Personal growth in terms of knowledge and salary is very poor. Underpaid by miles. Allowance paid on 20 years ago and present is almost similar. Factor in inflation and currency deflation will results in lack of life quality.
