Employees are treated very well and it is a fun, laid back place to work. Small company, which means lots of room for personal growth and independent recognition and ability to impact the company.
Cons
Organization can be a bit hectic at times as projects begin or employees start without much notice leaving administration a bit behind the curve at the start. This is largely just part of the nature of the industry though.
