      Great tutors and team leaders, supportive environment for students, creative, caring

      Cons

      Tutors are overloaded with responsibilities, not enough support staff, upper management has no understanding of the work tutors do and treats them like robots

      Pros

      People centric company who invest in their employees PD and have transparent management structures. Yoobee Colleges have gone a transformation over the past years which has created a great work culture and aligned the company values.

      Cons

      Good life work balance but maybe more travel to other Campuses could be a good idea.
