Pros

"Low level" people are nice. Product is great Careers opportunities can be possible if you like politics or if you threaten to leave (unless they want you to leave)

Cons

C-suite only care about themselves or sales people. There has been officially no revision of salaries since early 2022 and the next one is planned for Nov-23... A lot of people are thinking about leaving because of it, and management think that we'll stay for that so call OPR (which will probably not cover the inflation around 10% as of now). HR people are the face of C-suite wants but their hands are tied so I don't really blame them Office managers will always favours the same people over and over. Benefits are the strict minimum

Thank you for taking the time to give a review. As an organisation we have prioritised keeping employees' jobs safe and have made no redundancies through these turbulent times for the tech industry, unlike many of our competitors. Unfortunately this has meant that we have not been able to give a firmwide salary increases during this time, but as you mention, we are doing a review at the end of this year. Please do reach out directly to discuss your points further directly with me or my team - we always welcome feedback

Pros

Team is wicked smart, cares about each other, our amazing clients and success, great office culture and lots of cross functional support from other departments like marketing customer team etc.

Cons

Leadership is very involved so if that isnt for you sometimes its not the right fit.

Pros

People: largely decent folks who mean well and genuinely put their hearts into the work

Cons

Leadership exploits anyone with a strong work ethic and insists on having their fingerprints on everything. Strategy rarely extends beyond the next quick win, with long-term growth seemingly an afterthought. Salaries pegged to the 50th percentile. You're perpetually at or below what the market would otherwise offer. HR about as welcoming as a wet Tuesday in November.
