Pros

A company that truly invests into the the company culture, Almost bi-weekly Happy Hour with the team and Monthly "Yooz Day" team events. Also, they have a good product that actually works.

Cons

Depending on the sales pod, the leads that come in are limited. The at bat opportunities are light. You must cultivate your own pipeline to truly be successful in the role.

There are truly no cons to working for Yooz. The company has great managers who genuinely support their associates and foster a positive, collaborative environment
