      Pros

      Worked at Yopeso for more than 4 years. The colleagues were nice and friendly. The salary and benefits were average. Many legacy projects that were a nightmare to work on. Only a few people were lucky enough to say that they like the client/project that they are working for.

      Cons

      Poor management, starting with CEO. An average software outsourcing company that cares more about revenues than about it's employees. Only a few people in the management could be trusted.

      - Pretty relaxed environment overall - Nice events - Good benefits - Really nice colleagues from around the world - Knowledgeable HR - They invest in people

      - Some projects are not the best - Stressful at times depending on workload/client/manager - Need to have a clear career path
