      A small, welcoming, and productive institution with strong leadership at the top and a strong upper-level administrative team. The college functions quite well.

      Cons

      *Very little operational funds within departments, including funds for copy paper, hosting special events (even small ones) for students or supporters, or travel to conferences or professional development trainings.

      Salaries are great! Students are great!

      Cons

      Incestuous environment... A lot of employees with relatives or connections working there... Leadership is biased in all things... many high level administrators and faculty administrators are in positions due to playing up to certain people and not because of talent... A lot of cover ups of mismanagement and integrity issues...
