Pros
Great company to work for. The top leadership here is looking for new ways to improve the business to benefit all customers and their employees.
Cons
Not a lot of opportunity to grow. There is a lot grid lock in middle management positions as those individuals will stay for a long time. The trend before I left was that most upper level management positions were being fill ed from the outside and not internally.
