This is not a typical desk job, with set documentation or work process, you have to be proactive, looking for new ideas for employees and company benefits. There is a lot of Trials and errors while implementing new ideas, practices, but it is worth the try. You get help / feedback from management right from CEO to the project Managers as well as the other employees based at the client location.

I don't see any Cons. To me, it was one of the best experience, personally & professionally.
