Where do you start ! Management from top to bottom promoted to their level of incompetence. Parent company ripped all the money out of the company in the past, now all the assets are falling apart . Now getting pressure from OFWAT about their illegal dumping of sewage into rivers and their terrible financial state. Thousands of staff members working in offices , virtually nobody working in the field. Worked through COVID whilst all the office staff were at home , rewarded with company trying to change all the terms and conditions and reduce pay. Ridiculous procurement processes means approved suppliers and contractors are constantly ripping the company off. All procedures need updating , trying to get anything done is like pulling teeth
